She founded the Wellness Education Center in Kalispell, Montana in 2001 and has taught 231 Guided Juice Fast programs to 3,600 students from all over the world. She has also taught hundreds of Living & Healthy Food prep classes, been a featured speaker at health fairs and on the radio, and has performed thousands of Private Consultations.
